Have you ever been house hunting? Did you send your Realtor® listings that you found on the internet? Back in the early 90’s when I started my real estate career there were no homes on the internet for
buyers to choose from. Realtor.com was in the creating stage. Trulia started in 2004 and Zillow in 2006. When Chari and are prepare to take a client out we take the listings that they send us and analyze where they are located and what features they have. Then we look on the Charleston Trident Multiple Listing
Service and see what other homes match the same criteria. We email what we have found to the
buyer(s) and see if any of our choices also meet their needs. The homes shown will be a combination of what they sent and what we chose.
Bottom line, the buyers choose what they see with input from us.
Before we can show anyone anything we need to make appointments. Each home is scheduled
individually online or over the phone with a showing service. If you have ever sold your home, you
know there can be times when a seller turns down a showing or asks us to change the time. Often that
means we need to arrange appointments. Being flexible is the key.
If you are thinking of selling your home here, there or anywhere we can help. We have a network of
Coldwell Banker agents all over the world.
We make house calls.
